These
garden bird feeders and tables are hand made from quality smooth
planed redwood, western red cedar or seasoned oak (please ask
for hardwood prices).
All
feeders (except The Kensington) come with a lead raincap and hand
turned finial.
All
our garden bird feeders are designed so that the table stands approximately
5 foot (1525 mm) from the ground. The bird feeders are supplied
with decorative (70mm x 70mm /3”x3" ) post.
We
recommend that the post is sunk to a depth of 20" to 30" into
the ground (you will attract more birds if the feeder is permanently
fixed).
Each
feeder comes with full installation instructions. The roofs of
the feeders are removable. Microporous
stain or paint finishes are used on these garden bird feeders and
tables.

Bird Tables
These
garden bird tables are hand made from quality smooth planed redwood,
Betjemans have three distinctive styles to choose from.
- The
antique pine Camberley with sloping leaded roof
- The
white Kensington with its Meranti hardwood corners and cedar shingle
roof.
- The
2 tier Highgate that caters for large birds on the lower level
and smaller birds on the upper level. This garden bird feeder has
a slate roof.

The
Camden Bird Table - New for 2003
The Camden
bird table is an eight sided bird table and is the smallest in the
Betjeman range.
Hand made
from quality planed smooth redwoods and stained using Sadolin 'African
Walnut'.

The
wooden over hanging roof is constructed using planed redwood
strips and finish with a hand turned finial, giving the bird
table a distinctive look.
The
table itself has a 'lipped' edge to prevent bird seed from
falling off the table.
The
Camden bird table comes complete with 70 mm x 70
mm post.
The
post is usually sunk into the ground to a depth of 470 mm with
the feeder table approximately 1.6 M (5 ft) above the ground
when fully installed.
A
freestanding post is available on request for use on patio
or pavement.
